Cancellation Policy

At 4&CO Salon, we prioritize your time and aim to deliver exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all scheduled appointments effectively, we've established a comprehensive cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please note the following guidelines: A $20 fee applies to nail service appointments canceled without 24-hour notice. For hair service appointments priced under $60, a $40 fee applies for cancellations made without 24-hour notice. Similarly, for hair service appointments priced at $61 or more, an $80 fee applies for cancellations made without 24-hour notice. However, we understand that life happens, which is why we offer the benefit of waiving the first canceled appointment each year, regardless of the service booked.

To cancel your appointment, kindly provide us with at least 24 hours' notice by calling, texting 301-984-1177, or emailing info@4andcosalon.com.

If you anticipate being late, please let us know. However, if you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the cancellation fee may apply. Additionally, in the event of a no-show, where you miss your appointment without prior notification, you'll be charged the full price of the missed service.

We kindly request that any unpaid fees be settled before booking any future services. Your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy is greatly appreciated. It enables us to manage our schedule efficiently and maintain the high standard of service our clients expect. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of 4&CO Salon. No-Show Policy

After two no-shows, you make be required to put down a deposit to book future appointments. This will be determined by stylist.

Late Arrivals

We understand "life happens". If you are running late, please call us (301)-984-1177. Depending on how late you are running, your appointment may have to be moved or altered.

Appointment Confirmations

As a courtesy, we send out email confirmations automatically to each client who has supplied us with their email and/or phone call confirmation one day before your appointment. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.

Service Refunds

We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service.

Walk-Ins

We do welcome walk-ins, however, it is based upon availability. If we are busy there may be a waiting period or you may be required to schedule an appointment.

Children

We do allow children in the salon but we ask that you stay with them at all times. As a safety precaution, please be aware that there are hot tools plugged in and sharp objects in the salon. It is your responsibility to watch your child(ren) at all times.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for your gift-giving convenience and are offered in any amount. Gift certificates do not include gratuities and are not redeemable for cash and must be used within 1 year from the purchase date.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in services provided or gift certificate purchases. Gratuities are always appreciated and we thank you for your thoughtfulness. All tipping must be done in cash or check made out directly to your service provider. We have an ATM on site for your convenience and envelopes are provided at the reception desk. Please indicate on the envelope who the tip is for and who it is from and we will forward it to your service provider.

Retail Returns or Exchanges

Retail products may be exchanged for another product within 30 days of purchase. All boutique items and sale items are FINAL SALES: hair brushes, jewelry, fragrances, etc.
