At 4&Co Salon, we pride ourselves on being transparent about our policies with all of our clients. If you have any questions about any policy below please feel free to contact our team.

Cancellation Policy

In an effort to respect the time of our values guests, and our service providers, we require a minimum of 24-hours as notice to change, or cancel reservations. We understand that emergencies arise, and needing to change/cancel an appointment is sometimes the only option. With that instance in mind, we will allow one emergency reschedule before asking for a credit card to reserve your next appointment. Your card will be charged 50% of the service you are scheduled for if you cancel, reschedule, or do not show up to your appointment. Please feel free to call the front desk at 301-984-1177 with any questions you may have.

No-Show Policy

After two no-shows, you make be required to put down a deposit to book future appointments. This will be determined by stylist.

Late Arrivals

We understand "life happens". If you are running late, please call us (301)-984-1177. Depending on how late you are running, your appointment may have to be moved or altered.

Appointment Confirmations

As a courtesy, we send out email confirmations automatically to each client who has supplied us with their email and/or phone call confirmation one day before your appointment. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.

Service Refunds

We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service.

Walk-Ins

We do welcome walk-ins, however, it is based upon availability. If we are busy there may be a waiting period or you may be required to schedule an appointment.

Children

We do allow children in the salon but we ask that you stay with them at all times. As a safety precaution, please be aware that there are hot tools plugged in and sharp objects in the salon. It is your responsibility to watch your child(ren) at all times.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for your gift-giving convenience and are offered in any amount. Gift certificates do not include gratuities and are not redeemable for cash and must be used within 1 year from the purchase date.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in services provided or gift certificate purchases. Gratuities are always appreciated and we thank you for your thoughtfulness. All tipping must be done in cash or check made out directly to your service provider. We have an ATM on site for your convenience and envelopes are provided at the reception desk. Please indicate on the envelope who the tip is for and who it is from and we will forward it to your service provider.

Retail Returns or Exchanges

Retail products may be exchanged for another product within 30 days of purchase. All boutique items and sale items are FINAL SALES: hair brushes, jewelry, fragrances, etc.
