In an effort to respect the time of our values guests, and our service providers, we require a minimum of 24-hours as notice to change, or cancel reservations.
We understand that emergencies arise, and needing to change/cancel an appointment is the only option.
With that instance in mind, we will allow one emergency reschedule before asking for a credit card to reserve your next appointment.
Your card will be charged 50% of the service you are scheduled for if you cancel, reschedule, or do not show up to your appointment.
