 If you are a first time client, PLEASE  CALL US  301-984-1177 to book your first appointment just to ensure that you are booked for the correct services and timing. 

SERVICES THAT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME

The services below require you to call the salon in order to make an appointment:

• BALAYAGES
• BRAZILIAN BLOWOUTS
• COLOR CORRECTIONS
• EXTENSIONS
• BRIDAL HAIR
• FASHION COLOR (PURPLES, PINK, BLUE, GREEN, ETC.)

***If you book the incorrect service, you will have to reschedule when you arrive to the salon. Specific services take additonal time and booking correctly is very important.***

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointments.  

With that instance in mind, we will allow one emergency reschedule before asking for a credit card to reserve your next appointment. 

Your card will be charged 50% of the service you are scheduled for if you cancel, reschedule, or do not show up to your appointment.
